We hold Indoor and Outdoor Group Classes in North Vancouver, Vancouver and Coquitlam. Please read our Terms and Conditions for Participation before Registering.

Classes are 6 consecutive sessions, one hour in length unless stated otherwise. If you miss a class, we cannot unfortunately guarantee a make up, but we will try and fit you into another session if there is space available. 

Class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to private sessions.
